Sameer Paulaste
Sameer Paulaste is the Founder & CEO of Sparkles9 Media, a digital marketing professional, brand strategist, entrepreneur and creative problem-solver.
His journey began in the world of technology and software testing. Over time, his interest in branding, communication, creativity and business led him towards entrepreneurship — eventually becoming the foundation for Sparkles9 Media in 2017.
A journey built on strategy, creativity, execution and trust.
Before building brands, Sameer built his foundation in technology. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) followed by a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Pune. This technical education gave him an understanding of computer applications, digital systems and structured problem-solving. But education was only the beginning. After completing his studies, Sameer entered the IT industry and spent six years working as a Software Testing Engineer in a leading software company. That experience taught him something that would later become an important part of his entrepreneurial approach:
Quality matters. Details matter. Process matters.
